We believe that the basis of our services should focus on concerns and needs identified and accepted by the families we serve in order to have the best outcomes for our clients and their needs.

 

Home Care Aide's Oath.

I vow to take care of my clients. I will treat them with the same respect, care and compassion as I would my own family member or loved one. 
 

I accept that my job involves an incredible range of emotions, from anger to joy, from resentment to compassion. I accept that through it all I must always remain professional and put my client’s needs first.
 

I will ask for and accept help willingly. I understand that I must always ensure that my client has care even if I am unable to provide the care.
 

I will respect the policies and procedures of the agency. I understand that they are set in place for the safety and wellbeing of my client and for me. 

I will not cross the boundaries of professionalism with my clients.

I recognize that change – good and bad – is a natural part of being a Home Care Aide for a senior and disability care.  I will remain flexible and open to change.

Job Postings

Care Attendant "Special"- The special care attendant is expected to serve as the relief attendant for regular attendants who are unable to work their shifts, start new assignments until a regular attendant is hired, assist the staffing coordinator with creating and managing timesheets, and filing in patients records.  The special care attendant will also follow the care attendant’s job description. Must be willing to travel to all service areas and work on-call rotations. Reports directly to the Assistant Administrator and Administrator.
Community Liasion- Coordinates and performs duties of marketing and communicating the role of the agency to the community. Including: Physician’s and physician groups, community associations, senior groups, ethnic clubs and groups, churches, individuals. Completes various clerical tasks. Takes the lead in mentoring agency employees in best practices for communication of the mission of the organization to agency clients, potential clients and their families throughout our service areas.
WACO, marlin, cameron AREAs- RN/ LVN per Diem- The per diem nurse administers skilled nursing care to clients requiring professional nursing service and teaches and supervises the family and other members of the nursing team.  Each staff nurse performs nursing services for patients within a specific area.  These services are performed in accordance with the physician's orders and under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing and the supervisor.
